Drivers – Our greatest asset, you are the face of the company. Not only are you charged with delivering material to some of the most remote places in western Canada in all weather conditions, but you are also our best sales people. The service you provide is what the customer remembers, and it is because of you that they will keep calling time and again. Experience is definitely an asset, but some of our best drivers started with us as swampers and worked their way up. A good attitude and a willingness to work is key.
Swampers – The unsung heroes in our operation. Not much gets done without you. Whether it’s working in the pipeyard helping to load or unload trucks or railcars and put the material away or traveling with our Picker trucks to locations all over western Canada and helping load or offload on site, you generally have hands on everything we do, literally.
